The ltx-talk class has now reached v0.6, and
we recently ran a workshop at
DocEng’26 focussing on
accessible presentations using ltx-talk.
New features continue to be added, still focussing at the moment on tagging and content, with design something that needs attention as kernel tools develop. Recent additions include breakable frames (for auto-generated content), appendices, frame reuse and footnote support.
More people are picking up ltx-talk due to real pressure to produce tagged
slides, and with kernel development too, we are now getting pretty good results
for a large number of sources.
Work is of course continuing, with the issue list collecting up ideas that will hopefully be sorted over time.
